Dowling delighted with January signings
Luke Dowling, Albion’s Sporting and Technical Director, says the Club fought off “heavy competition” to land the four new recruits during the January transfer window.
Luke has been assessing the Baggies' efforts during a window which began with Mason Holgate arriving from Everton and making an immediate impact.
But that was swiftly followed by the recall of Harvey Barnes, who had been such an impressive figure in the first half of the campaign, to his parent club Leicester City.
