West Brom managing director Mark Miles is to step down from the role next week.
Miles has been with the club since 2003 and also held the position of trustee of The Albion Foundation as well as a director.
He will leave on Monday, 15 September.
"After 22 years at Albion, I believe now is the right time for me to step down from my role as managing director," Miles said.
"When I took on this role it was with the intention of stabilising the club, ensuring its survival, and then securing the right custodian for Albion, all of which has been achieved.
