Alan Pardew admits the West Brom board may want to replace him and criticises his players lack of fight

Alan Pardew has invited West Bromwich Albion's board to sack him if they want after seeing his team slip to a sixth successive defeat in the 4-1 home loss to Leicester.

The 56-year-old gave an impassioned post-match press conference where he admitted his professional pride is being damaged in West Brom's limp fight for survival.

Pardew also laid into Grzegorz Krychowiak after the Polish international walked off the pitch in disgust when being substituted in the second half.
