Watford rookie Adalberto Penaranda has joined Malaga on loan for the rest of the season.
The Hornets held off competition from a string of clubs to land the teenager a year ago but he is yet to make his debut for the club.
The Venezuelan initially remained on loan at Granada and then spent the first half of this season at Udinese.
The 19-year-old made six Serie A appearances for the Italian club but will now head back to Spain having been recalled by Watford.
The Vicarage Road club have agreed to allow Penaranda to stay at Malaga for the next six months and the loan could be extended beyond that too.
