Watford head coach Walter Mazzarri has revealed Chelsea youngster Kenedy has returned to Stamford Bridge after making an early end to his loan deal.
The Brazilian winger was signed over the summer, agreeing a temporary switch to Vicarage Road which was supposed to last the season.
However, injury kept the 20-year-old out of the team in the immediate weeks following his arrival, and after coming on as a substitute against Burnley on September 26, further injuries hit him.
And with no indication he was set to break back into the first-team set-up, Kenedy has been sent back to Chelsea.
