M'Baye Niang has rejected the chance to turn his loan move from AC Milan to Waford into a permanent deal in the wake of Walter Mazzarri's sacking on Wednesday, sources close to the player have told ESPN FC.
Niang joined Watford on a six-month loan deal during the January transfer window, with a view to a permanent move after Watford beat interest from other clubs to land the striker.
The France Under-21 international has made 15 appearances for Watford since his arrival from Milan and he helped the club secure their Premier League status.
