Watford’s next manager must be able to fix the ‘disconnect’ that exists between the supporters and players at Vicarage Road, according to Hornets legend Luther Blissett.
Marco Silva was dismissed as head coach of the Hertfordshire club on Sunday morning, following a run of just one win in 11 matches that has seen Watford drop from the top five to only three points clear of 17th.
