Joel Piroe netted the opener on the 67th minute before Sam Bryam doubled their lead just three minutes later.
Jaidon Anthony, on loan from AFC Bournemouth, netted a third in the 89th minute after coming on just a few minutes prior.
The result sees Daniel Farke's side move into 5th as they climb into the play-off spots in the Championship.
