Another game, another goal, another controversy. All is well in the world of Diego Costa.
The Spanish forward has spent much of this first week of the season scowling, grumbling, bleating, and scoring. First, there was the red-card escape and winning goal against West Ham. Then he aired his grievances publicly, protesting that he is ‘targeted’ by ‘referees and the people’.
On Saturday at Vicarage Road, he was at it again. There was needle with his opponents, squabbles with the referee and a decisive goal late on.

Costa is still to receive a Premier League red card.
