Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has described links to the England job as an 'unwelcome' distraction as he attempts to focus on Bournemouth's Premier League clash with Watford on Saturday.
Howe was one of a number of managers touted for the job after Sam Allardyce left the role in controversial circumstances this week.
The Cherries now face Watford at Vicarage Road looking for a second win in a row after beating Everton 1-0, and Howe is keen to put talk of England behind him after playing down the link on Thursday.


He said: 'I don't enjoy it (the link to the job).
