Watford boss Paulo Pezzolano says assistant manager Valon Behrami is not an interference ahead of his side's Championship clash at home to QPR on Saturday.
Former Hornets midfielder Behrami joined Pezzolano's coaching staff this summer and has been an animated figure on the touchline during their early-season games.
Pezzolano told BBC Three Counties Radio in English: "For sure, he helps, every day. Valon has a good vision, he is a good person and he understands football.
"As a player, he understands the club. Yes, I am very happy."
In Spanish, via his interpreter, Pezzolano expressed himself further.
