The Washington Mystics won last night against the Indiana Fever, which was totally expected. Anything less than a double digit victory would have been a disappointment. And now, there is some clarity about where the Mystics will play in the postseason as well as their 2023 draft implications from their trade with the Atlanta Dream.

The bad news: The Mystics are the No. 5 seed against the Storm, the team the rest of the WNBA wants to see make a deep playoff run for Sue Bird’s sake.
