Wizards sign Ramon Sessions to 10-day contract

Sessions had a solid run as John Wall’s backup from 2015 to 2016. He averaged 9.2 assists and 3.0 assists per game during his time in Washington. Unfortunately, his production has fallen off considerably since he left Washington.

He signed a two-year deal with the Hornets in 2016, but the team declined the option on the second year of his deal after posting career-low numbers across the board. He signed with the Knicks last summer, but he only appeared in 13 games and was released in January.

As of now, it’s unclear whether or not Sessions will factor into the team’s plans beyond this 10-day contract.
