In a move likely intended to clear salary space for Otto Porter’s max contract, the Washington Wizards on Friday reportedly rescinded its qualifying offer to Bojan Bogdanovic, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Bogdanovic has already found another team, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, who reported the Bosnian small forward has signed a two-year, $21 million contract with the Indiana Pacers.
Bogdanovic came to Washington in a mid-season trade with the Brooklyn Nets last season, averaging 12.7 points in 26 regular season games and just under nine points during the Wizards‘ playoff run.
