The Wizards have offered Tim Connelly a four-year contract to lead their basketball operations, according to Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated.

Team owner Ted Leonsis spoke to Connelly on Friday. Apparently, an offer was quickly made. Candace Buckner of The Washington Post reported that Connelly would want a five-year contract worth at least $4 million per year.
