This game kicks off a four-game west coast road trip for Washington, starting with the Lakers who will miss the playoffs for a franchise-record sixth consecutive season. That’s even with LeBron James who signed with the purple and gold last summer.
To some extent, the Lakers missed the playoffs because James had a groin injury that kept him out during the middle of the NBA season.
