With the All-Star Weekend festivities kicking off in Charlotte on Friday night, it’s hard for Washington Wizards fans to feel too invested given that none of the team’s players are taking part.
This is a bit of a departure from the past, in which the young, up-and-coming Wizards were sprinkled throughout events in recent years.
To no one’s surprise, it’s been John Wall and Bradley Beal who have found themselves as the Wizards’ representation on All-Star Saturday. Most recently, Beal participated in the JBL Three-Point Contest last season in Los Angeles.
