Bradley Beal will officially become $128 million richer.
After agreeing to a five-year max contract extension with the Washington Wizards this off-season, Beal finally put pen to paper today.
Beal is now the highest paid player on the Wizards’ roster.
Washington decided not to re-sign Beal last summer, hoping that the 23-year-old guard would have a breakout season, but it never happened.
Following a hot start, Beal ended up missing the most games in his career this past season. A reoccurring stress reaction in his leg has been the main concern.
