The NBA schedule was released on Thursday afternoon, and once again, the Washington Wizards will open the season outside of the Verizon Center.
Their opening game is in Atlanta on October 27.
The Wizards have not had an opening game at home since 2011, which makes it disappointing to have to wait yet another year for this to happen.
Washington’s first home game comes against the Raptors on November 2.
The Wizards will have five nationally televised games (not counting NBA TV).
