The USA Basketball teams finish their group play games today. We’ll also have an idea of how the brackets will look on the women’s side, while half of the men’s side will be as well.
All Group A women’s basketball games are done. Here are the seedings. The 2 through 4 seeds all had identical records, but tiebreakers decided exactly who ended up where:
- Australia (5-0)
- France (3-2)
- Turkey (3-2)
- Japan (3-2)
- Belarus (1-4) - eliminated
- Brazil (0-5) - eliminated
There are two main takeaways from Group B:
