The NBA Draft Lottery occurred yesterday and the Wizards came away with the 2nd pick in this June's NBA Draft. The Atlanta Hawks were the biggest winners on the day as they landed the 1st overall pick.
The Hawks seem likely to take French center Alex Sarr, a 7'0 rim-protector who played in the Australian NBL this past season. He's the top prospect on most draft boards right now and seems to be the player most outlets are projecting to Atlanta.
