The Washington Mystics are just ONE game away from winning the 2019 WNBA Finals. They defeated the Connecticut Sun 94-81 in Game 3 on Sunday afternoon in Uncasville, Conn. after making a WNBA all-time-high 16 threes and outrebounding their opponents 34-27.
Kristi Toliver led the way with 20 point, 10 assist performance. She shot 7-of-9 from the field and made all four of her three pointers. Emma Meesseman led Washington’s scorers with 21 points on 8-of-13 shooting where she made 3-of-4 three pointers, including key shots to keep the Sun from making a comeback late in the game.
