The Washington Mystics are 0-2....in preseason as it comes to a close. They lost to the Minnesota Lynx 79-68 on the road. If we were to go based off these last two games then the Mystics aren’t getting shots to fall early and it showed overall as they shot under 30 percent as a team.
Tina Charles scored a team-high 18 points along with five rebounds and three assists. Her game was on point per usual. Followed behind her was Ariel Atkins with 10 points, two rebounds and two assists.
After being down four points in the first quarter to the Lynx, Washington only scored eight points in the second quarter leading to a 40-25 deficit at the half.
