The wrap around John Wall’s injured left hand was smaller Sunday than previous days. The swelling is also down. Those points are the good news for the Wizards’ injured point guard.
“Good,” Wizards coach Randy Wittman said of Wall’s progress. “Swelling again down, it’s heading in the right direction. Again, we’re not to the point of him doing anything on the floor yet. But, it’s heading to a situation where hopefully he can get a ball in his hand, get the feeling, see how that feels, then, you know, you just take those steps like that.
