The Wizards are playing the Raptors in the second game of their first round NBA Playoffs series. Canadian rapper Drake is sitting courtside and is widely regarded as the Raptor’s top fan ambassador. At some point during the game, Wall and Kyle Lowry were having a chat while Washington was getting blown out in the first quarter. And Drake tried to get into some friendly trash talk which he captured on his Instagram story (it’s in a tweet below):
In the fourth quarter, he even called Kelly Oubre Jr. a bum as he walked by.
Considering how poorly the Wizards are playing in Game 2, I don’t think there’s anything they can do but try to get even this weekend when the series heads to Capital One Arena for Games 3 and 4.
