The Washington Wizards offseason has been the exact opposite of quiet.
Instead of standing pat and heading into next season with just the development of the young players already on the roster in mind, general manager Will Dawkins took the team's rebuilding process one step further.
Dawkins opted to land a key veteran presence in CJ McCollum, managed to swing arguably a top 5 NBA Draft class and find ways to position the team for a potentially big offseason next summer with their newfound financial flexibility.
However, arguably the most overlooked move of the team's offseason is the addition of Cam Whitmore from the Houston Rockets.
