Biden lays out ambitious year-end agenda with congressional leaders

President Biden on Tuesday laid out a slew of ambitious legislative priorities for the rest of the year during a White House meeting with congressional leaders to map out their lame-duck session ahead of the new Congress.

“I asked for top leaders in Congress to come in and talk about what we’re going to do between now and Christmas,” the president said. “There’s a lot to do, including resolving the train strike.”
