The Belgium women’s national team is in their first FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup just like Latvia. But unlike Latvia, Belgium has Mystics forward Emma Meesseman, a player who easily cracks the WNBA’s top 10 in overall talent. Belgium just accomplished “Mission: Impossible” by defeating Team Spain, 72-63 on Tuesday evening.
