As the Cougs get ready for their second straight Holiday Bowl appearance, our front page has been clogged with negative headlines. From Alex Grinch strongly hinting that he’s on his way out to Luke Falk poorly hiding some kind of cast, Tuesday had plenty of bad news for WSU football fans.
But while unexpected distractions are usually bad, one of the best parts of the bowl season are the expected distractions that come along with the trip. And this year’s Holiday Bowl is no different. Earlier this week, the Cougs took a trip to SeaWorld and today, they spent another day near the sea.
