PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State Volleyball concluded the weekend series against Oregon, with a five-set loss to the Ducks inside Bohler Gym.
Set scores from the match were: 19-25, 25-20, 19-25, 25-22, and 8-15 in favor of Oregon (1-1, 1-1 Pac-12).
The Ducks of Oregon jumped ahead of the Cougars of Washington State (1-1, 1-1 Pac-12) to begin the opening set of this second match between these two programs. Oregon posted a 6-2 scoring run, until WSU was able to fire back with a kill. The Ducks continued to find success on offense, as their lead extended out to 16-8 midway through the set.
