The Cougars (16-8, 10-4 WCC) wasted no time asserting control, hitting a scorching .516 in the opening set while racking up 17 kills with just one error. The Cougars' attack was relentless early, powered by standout performances from Taryn Vrieling and Lucie Blau017eková, who combined for 21 kills on the afternoon.
Vrieling was nearly unstoppable, finishing with 12 kills on .688 hitting, three aces, and five digs in one of her most efficient outings of the year.
