GOODYEAR, Ariz. (April 9, 2024) – Washington State women's golf finished up its second day at the Bobcat Desert Classic as the team sits in 11th place among the 17-team field, at 11-over, 587 at the par-72 Golf Club of Estrella.
Junior Madelyn Gamble finished at an even-par, 72 in round two, and will head into day three in a tie for 11th in the 98-player field. After a trio of bogeys over her first four holes, she rattled off three straight birdies on holes six, seven and eight to wrap up the front nine at an even par.
