Three-star running back Max Borghi, one of Washington State’s top commits in the 2018 recruiting class, will not sign with the Cougs today, according The Bootleg reporter R.J. Abeytia, who covers the Stanford Cardinal.

Back in June, Washington State was able to go into Colorado’s backyard and flip Borghi from his commitment to the Buffaloes, surprising many, and the talented back was expected to sign with WSU today.
