This stat should get you excited for the Cougars’ 2020 offense

Last season, Washington State led the country in passing yards per game at 437, a full 100 more yards per game than Hawaii. If you are worried about big drop off in offense next season, you might find this reassuring.

That means Anthony Gordon hit a 20+ yarder on 3.3% of his pass attempts. At 6.1%, McDonald nearly doubled the rate at which he connected on an explosive passing play. It will take WSU some time to master the offense, but I for one am here for double the explosive passing plays.
