PULLMAN, Wash. (Oct. 22, 2025) – The sixth installment of the Inside WSU Athletics Podcast has been released across all WSU social channels.
WSU Athletics, together with multi-media partner Playfly, produce the weekly WSU Inside Athletics Podcast, which features WSU Director of Athletics Anne McCoy, WSU radio broadcaster Chris King, along with Cougar coaches, student-athletes, alumni and staff. Each week, the podcast will take fans inside Cougar Athletics with all the latest news and information. This week's guest includes Head Swimming Coach Russell Whitaker discussing what he learned from WSU's previous two head swimming coaches, while former Cougar quarterback Luke Falk talks about his new book, The Mind Strength Playbook, and how he is helping people strengthen their mind similar to strengthening their body.
