GOLD RIVER, Calif. (May 16, 2025) – Washington State women's rowing had a stellar day on the water Friday morning, placing first in each the 2V4 and 2V8, while finishing second in the 1V8 and third in the 1V4.
"The Cougs raced well today," said Head Coach Jane LaRiviere. "There were a lot of really close times and it should be very exciting tomorrow."
WSU opened the championship event with a big win in the 2V4, crossing first in a time of 7:35.74 ahead of Oregon State (7:36.07) and Gonzaga (7:46.38) in the 8-team field.
