After committing to Washington State over the weekend, Richland High offensive tackle Dontae Powell says he might close his recruitment process and just focus his on attention on his track and field season.
The 6-foot-6, 285-pound lineman throws the shot put on the Richland track and field team. It’s a natural choice of a spring sport for a big guy whose strength and power will be put to the test in the trenches for the Cougars in a couple of years.
