SAN FRANCISCO (May 19, 2023) – The Pac-12 Conference announced Friday that Washington State women's rowing senior Madeleine Pollard has been named to the 2023 All-Pac-12 team. It is the first all-conference honor for Pollard.
Pollard, who is from Henley, United Kingdom, rowed in the stroke position in Washington State's first varsity eight boat in every race this season. She guided the Cougars to a Fawley Cup win over Gonzaga to give WSU its 28th victory against the Bulldogs over the last 31 Fawley Cup races. Pollard helped the Cougars earn a sixth-place finish in the 1V8 race at the 2023 Pac-12 Rowing Championships.
