PULLMAN, Wash. – Chanelle Molina will continue her basketball playing career in Sweden, as the two-time All-Pac-12 Conference selection signed her first professional contract with the Norrköping Dolphins of the Basketligan dam for the 2020-21 season.
Molina heads across the globe to a Dolphins squad that went 12-6 during the 2019-20 campaign to finish fourth in the Basketligan dam, Sweden's top professional women's basketball league. She begins her professional career this Saturday, Oct. 3, in Norrköping's season-opener against Hogsbo.
"I'm super excited to continue to play the game I love," said Molina. "This is my first time in Europe, so I'm soaking in all of the culture right now.
