This weekend will be one of the biggest games for WSU football in quite some time. Maybe, since the days of Mike Price roaming the sideline in the Palouse.
That being said, it's only fitting that the man that lead Washington State to it's first Rose Bowl in more than 60 years was inducted into the Inland Northwest Sports Hall of Fame yesterday in Spokane.
Price headlined the group that also featured Spokesman-Review writer John Blanchette, US track star Annette Hand Peters, EWU wrestler Lanny Davidson and St. Maries girls volleyball coach Mitch Santos.
"We were fortunate to have a lot of great players and coaches," Price said of his teams at WSU according to the Spokesman Review.
