SEATTLE – Washington State University Hall of Fame football coach Mike Price was announced as one of four members of the 2023 class being inducted into the Pacific Northwest Football Hall of Fame, it was announced recently.
The 2023 PNW Hall of Fame class will be inducted as part of the Seattle Sports Commission's Seattle Sports Star of the Year Awards Show, February 28 at the Westin Seattle. In addition to Price, the 2023 class includes former Seattle Seahawks Kam Chancellor and Michael Jackson, and University Oregon defensive back Mel Renfro.
"The Sports Star of the Year Awards Show has long been an established piece of Washington sports culture – bringing in the nearly 30-year breadth of the Pacific Northwest Football Hall of Fame is a fitting and exciting addition that allows us to better emphasize and celebrate the diversity of sports in Washington state," said Beth Knox, SSC President and CEO.
