PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State volleyball continued to roll through the 2019 Cougar Challenge with a 3-0 victory over UT-Arlington Friday night.
Set scores from the match were: 25-20, 25-13, and 25-14 in favor of the Cougars (7-1).
A quick lead over the Mavericks of UT-Arlington (5-3) for Washington State to begin this match, was fueled by kills from , and a service ace from . The WSU offense kept grinding as and added big swings to see the Cougars out in front early. UTA kept the opening set rather close midway throughout however, but the blocking of Washington State was too much to handle as , Timmer, and Jehlarova were a force in this contest.
