Good morning Coug fans, and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. With not much else to talk about, let’s look back, because it was five years ago today that we all woke up and readied ourselves for the 2015 Sun Bowl, which matched our Washington State Cougars against the once-mighty Miami Hurricanes. Luckily, this isn’t the Miami team of the 90’s, or the 2001 team, for that matter.
That the game was played on Dec. 26 was only the first issue. The El Paso snowstorm that arrived mid-game was another. And if you were watching from home, a college basketball game prevented you from seeing the kickoff and Jamal Morrow’s touchdown to open the game.
