Leger-Walker Named a Top-10 Finalist for Ann Meyers Drysdale Award

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame and the Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced Tuesday, Feb. 8, that Washington State sophomore Charlisse Leger-Walker has been named one of 10 finalists for the 2022 Ann Meyers Drysdale Award. The award recognizes the top shooting guard in women's NCAA Division I college basketball. Leger-Walker made the cut to the top-10 and will await to see if she becomes one of the five finalists for the honor with the final list coming out in early March.

Named after the first player, male or female, named to an All-America Team in four-straight college seasons, the annual Ann Meyers Drysdale award in its fifth year and recognizes the top shooting guard in women's NCAA Division I college basketball.
