Lawyer Leads Cougar Men with Three NCAA Bids

COLLEGE STATION, Texas –The Washington State men's track and field team concluded competition at the 2025 NCAA Division-I Outdoor Track & Field West First Round, Friday, at Texas A&M University. The Cougar 4x100 relay team set a school record and clinched a spot in the Outdoor Championships next month in Eugene, Oregon. Junior Mason Lawyer led the Cougs in the sprints, qualifying for nationals in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash, while running second on the record-setting relay team.

WSU started the evening quickly off the blocks, as the 4x100 relay team of Bryson Stubblefield, Lawyer, Parker Duskin, and Keenan Kuntz set a school record.
