Janke Wins Title at Inland Empire Championships in Lewiston

LEWISTON, Idaho -- Washington State freshman let a select number of the WSU men's team to the NCAA DI title at the Inland Empire Championships Saturday at the Lewis-Clark State College Cross Country Course in Lewiston, Idaho.

Janke, from Spokane, Wash., ran the 8000m course in a time of 24 minutes 9 seconds. Garnering top ten finishes were (sophomore, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) who took third place with a time of 24:23, and (redshirt junior, Gresham, Ore.) who placed fifth in a time of 24:28.
