Cougar volleyball coaches Jen and Burdette Greeny are among the 2015 inductees to the Pullman Walk of Fame. The Greenys are being inducted in the Famous Sports Figures category, joining E.G. “Pat” Patterson as the WSU Presidents and Distinguished Members of the WSU Community selection, and the Daniel and Nancy Boone Family as the Distinguished Residents honorees.
The new inductees will be honored during the 27th Anniversary of the National Lentil Festival. The ceremony takes place Saturday, August 22, at 10 a.m., at the corner of Kamiaken and Main Streets in Pullman. The Walk of Fame was established in 2003 to honor individuals who have served the Pullman community in a significant way, promoted goodwill, improved the quality of life for Pullman residents or brought acclaim to the area through their contributions.
