I will plead guilty to being one of the people who bemoaned five straight home games to start the season in September. It didn’t allow for WSU to have the comforts of Pullman much later in the season and, although it allowed them to get off to a fast start, it was a pain for many fans to make it over five straight weekends.
Turns out though, weather wise, it was the best thing that could’ve happened for the Cougs.
After the torrential downpours and wind of the game against the Colorado Buffaloes (and trust me, the pictures from the ESPN broadcast did not do it justice), fans heading to the Dad’s Weekend match-up against the Stanford Cardinal will have to deal with something different: snow.
