Former Cougs Hristova, Pavlopoulou Sign EuroLeague Contracts

PULLMAN, Wash. (May 21, 2024) – Former Washington State women's basketball standouts Borislava Hristova and Pinelopi Pavlopoulou have each signed new professional contracts as they continue to play in the EuroLeague.

Palopoulou signed on with Sopron Basket in Hungary for the upcoming season which will be her seventh season at the pro level, while Hristova inked with Spar Girona in Spain for 2024-25, which will be her fifth professional season.

Hristova spent five seasons with the Cougars, and upon graduating after the 2019-20 season, was the all-time leading scorer in program history with 2,269 career points.
