First-Half Flurry Propels Cougs to Victory

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State women's soccer team defeated the Seattle Redhawks, 4-2 Wednesday night at Lower Soccer Field, beginning the West Coast Conference schedule with a win. The Cougars scored four first-half goals, including the fastest goal of the season and a pair of goals less than 40 seconds apart, to secure a third-straight win over Seattle.
